I’ve taken pictures at a couple of military functions this past week and had such a great experience. As much as I like taking posed portraits, I also really catching candid shots at events. You have to be poised and ready for the right moment to come.
Don’t you just love seeing soldiers in formation?
A little, itty bitty part of me misses being in formation. Really itty bitty. Of course, I was an airman, not a soldier.
This was an uncasing ceremony – where the unit flags are uncased after redeployment. 
And this shot, from a brigade run just cracks me up.
The BDE run shot… priceless. I can see that one being passed around FB. Do it!
