A friend of ours took us geocaching last week and we had so much fun. We did 4 caches that morning and then I quickly signed up on geocaching.com to log our finds. You can find me on there listed as Sergeant Major Mom.
The kids are now hooked and begging for more. It could be the fact that there are interesting little prizes in some of the boxes…
Kate was excited about getting a spoon. It’s so easy to amuse her.
I really love that geocaching gave me a chance to explore the city we live in a bit more. I went down many roads that I’d never seen before.
I love how inventive some of the caches are.
I’m thinking that we might look for some on our upcoming trip to Kansas. It would make the drive a little less boring (not that I don’t love Kansas, because I do – but the drive from El Paso to Kansas City is pretty unexciting.)
