Legos are my favorite toy ever.
The first time around with a new set, the kids get to practice following directions. After that, it’s all about their imaginations.
Our Legos get played with every single day. Castles, vehicles, dream homes.
The ONLY thing I don’t like about Legos is the fact that I find them everywhere. I wash them with my son’s laundry. I step on them when I’m walking down the hall to bed at night. I find them in the bottom of my purse.
My husband built the kids a Lego table, to keep everything out of the way and off the floor. The kids kept complaining that they didn’t want to put the Legos away. There are so many “special pieces” that would be completely lost in the bin.

Last week, as I was walking through Lowe’s, I noticed this organizer in the nail/screw aisle. I decided that it would be perfect for all of those little pieces that they didn’t want lost.
I think I need to try something like that too. Legos have taken over my house!
