Savannah

When we found out that we were only going to be spending 11 short months in Savannah, I decided to make a list of places I wanted to go while we were there.  Because that’s what I do.  I make lists.:)

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make it to all of these places.  I put a star next to the ones we visited.

Most of the places are in Savannah, but I have included others that are within easy driving distance (1-3 hrs) for a weekend trip.

THe places that you have to eat are the tourist places. For the really fun “well-known” down home secret celebratiy eat-abouts you must go to the Crab Shack and Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room. Enjoy your time there!

Thanks for the advice!!! It’s always nice to get the insider info from someone who has lived here. We’ve had quite a few people tell us that we HAVE to go to the Crab Shack, so that is definitely being added to the list. :)
